1. Select an agent (or create a shortlist)
Many people come to Spencer Becks as a result of referrals from satisfied customers, some from our website and our global advertising. We are experienced and good at what we do, but don’t take our word for it, read some of our client testimonials here.
2. Get valuations
We provide the best advice we can regarding price, based on our extensive experience and knowledge of the local market. While many people like to have their property valued by more than one agent (and there is nothing wrong with this approach), we suggest that you don’t focus on valuation alone when choosing your agent. We provide realistic valuations that we believe maximise your selling potential. We know you may have your own thoughts and we welcome open discussion with our clients.
3. Advice on improvements
We may suggest cosmetic ways in which your property could be improved in order to make the house more attractive to buyers and potentially increase value.
4. Let us market your property globally
We write full and detailed descriptions of all properties. We include as many photographs as is necessary to best show off your property. We advertise globally (on our website, property portals and social media) and deal with clients from all over the world.
We attend all viewings with our prospective buyers and will provide you with feedback. If we can provide advice on how to combat any negative feedback, we will share this with you.
From start to finish, we will do our best to use our expertise to make the process as simple and stress- free as we can.
