Outside

The house sits on a lot that measures 10,800 meters. Much of this is left to nature and the owners have a local farmer that comes in twice a year to mow the undergrowth where the trees are at a cost of approximately 200€.

Immediately off the house is a long, wide balcony with plenty of space to sit and enjoy your breathtaking views over the countryside and down the valley, towards the sea.

The swimming pool has a patio area to the side making this whole outside space a wonderful area to dine, entertain or just relax. A little further along is another patio area and off here there is a beautiful cabana that provides a shaded area to sit and relax and enjoy your surroundings.

Off this space is a brick built BBQ which in turn leads to a meadow like part of the garden which is off to the right.

The garden has been cleverly designed to provide very comfortable seating and entertaining spaces, all of which take advantage of the views beyond.
