The property is accessed by an electronic controlled gate for car access and there is a smaller gate for pedestrian access that is operated by key code. The house is situated immediately on the right and there is parking right outside and further additional parking for multiple vehicles to the rear and side.

You enter the house via a security wood effect door directly into a small hall and then into the large open plan lounge dining room and kitchen which has ceramic floor tiles throughout. The whole room is filled with large double glazed sliding doors giving ample light and access to the side courtyard and leisure area with pool to the rear.

Walking through the open plan area you have an area for relaxing on the sofa. There is a TV Point and ethernet connection. The current owner has installed a clever area under the stairs which offers additional seating and clever storage.
