On entering the property you go directly into a really good sized lounge area, big enough  for sofas, TV, and dining table. To one side of the front door there is a fixed window and 2 further windows with shutters  and fly screens. The windows are good quality double glazed white aluminium. This room is south facing and lets in lots of light. The floor has a light coloured ceramic tile also giving the whole room a bright light feel.

A teak coloured wooden staircase leads to the upstairs bedrooms and bathroom.

This door leads out to the rear terrace which is fully tiled and has ample space for outside furniture there is a small area for growing or planting flowers and enough space for pets to run around in a safe and secure space.
