On entering the property you go directly into a really good sized lounge area, big enough  for sofas, TV, and dining table. To one side of the front door there is a fixed window and 2 further windows with shutters  and fly screens. The windows are good quality double glazed white aluminium. This room is south facing and lets in lots of light. The floor has a light coloured ceramic tile also giving the whole room a bright light feel.

The large capacity gas boiler is housed in one wall unit and this supplies the domestic hot water and central heating radiators which are in every room.
There is a gas hob with an electric oven below, Fridge/Freezer and again space for a dining table.

This door leads out to the rear terrace which is fully tiled and has ample space for outside furniture there is a small area for growing or planting flowers and enough space for pets to run around in a safe and secure space.

There is an external staircase which leads up to the garage area.

Outside your dedicated garage there are power points, water and drainage. Inside your garage there is ample space for storage and parking a car. There is a light, ample power points and access is via a remote controlled electric door.

To add to the security, accessing the garage area from the street is also via an electric remote controlled access door.

Continuing inside, the staircase leads to a small upstairs landing where you have 2 double bedrooms. The rear bedroom is slightly smaller than the front room but still will accommodate a
