I was very pleased with the service that we received from Spencer Becks. Nothing was too much trouble and they went the extra mile to make sure that everything was done correctly. One always hears horror stories about Estate Agents but you can rest assured that this wont happen with Spencer Becks.

We had dealings with Valerie before she made the move to open her own business and luckily she took us with her! I have to say that Spencer Becks have been absolutely fantastic, I had my property on with another site (mention no names] who I may add are suppose to be such a famous Group, they did nothing whatsoever did not pass emails on etc, then I changed and went with spencerbecks who have been so helpful, always there at the drop of a hat, always answered emails and phone calls straight away, even tho they are very busy they always had time to chat and help with problems even ones that were nothing to do with sales, so helpful the after care is brilliant too, would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell with them, thank you and the lovely staff for all your help.

We purchased our house in central Portugal with SpencerBecks. The service was first rate. Nothing was too much trouble. Jacqui was brilliant, helping us all the way through the purchasing process and helping us settle in to the area. Helping us with residency, setting up electricity and water billing. We were initially looking at properties inland but came across the stunning property we have bought through the professional help of Val and her staff.

We first came over to Portugal for a viewing and were looked after by Ron who was very professional and had a wealth of knowledge about the area which he gladly shown us on virtually a full day out!! topped off with lunch in the village we were moving to 🙂 and an invite to the local bowling alley in the evening where we met lots of other people who had moved to the area. (Had a great night too!!) We returned again with our children for a second visit where we met Valerie, who spent time and had breakfast with us. Valerie also shared her knowledge and experiences she had come across whilst in Portugal. All of which were very encouraging for us to make the move. As we have children of school age it was a massive decision for us to move to this wonderful part of the world.

We have also found Valerie to be totally supportive throughout the whole process. Our moving idea started in February 2020 and with all the covid situation, it is still active into August 2020. Val has been totally supportive throughout even if you have a ‘daft’ question, Val is there to give you an answer or she will know somebody who knows the answer. We couldn’t of asked to meet a greater team of people to help us find the home we wanted.

We totally encourage anybody who wants to find property to use Spencer Becks!!!
