Another year has ended, and a new one is just beginning. 2025 marks an exciting new chapter in the story of Spencer Becks Estate Agents.
Looking back, 2024 was an exceptional year for us. We successfully sold numerous properties, enhanced our marketing strategies to give our listings greater exposure, and celebrated the joy of connecting happy buyers and sellers. Many of these clients have become cherished friends, some who we know will be lifelong ones.
As always, our success would not be possible without the incredible support of our community, past and present clients, and our friends and colleagues. Your trust and encouragement have been the driving force of our journey, and we’re deeply grateful.
This year also marks a personal milestone for me, as I step into semi-retirement. Building Spencer Becks to what it is today has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. While I approach this transition with a mix of emotions, I am confident that the time has come for fresh perspectives, new ideas, and new energy to guide the company forward.
Choosing the right person to carry on our mission was of utmost importance to me. I wanted someone who shares our commitment to straightforward, compassionate service—a value that has been central to everything we do. That’s why I am thrilled to announce that Iumie will be stepping into the role of Managing Partner.
Iumie has been a pillar of strength and innovation within Spencer Becks. She brings a wealth of knowledge, enthusiasm, and a keen understanding of how modern technology can elevate our marketing and sales processes. I have no doubt she will excel in her new role and take the company to even greater heights.
Of course, I won’t be disappearing completely. I will still be lurking in the background (how could I not), ready to lend my expertise or offer guidance whenever needed. Past, present, and future clients will always be welcome to reach out to me. However, this new chapter belongs to Iumie and the talented team she leads.
To our friends, clients, and community, I hope you’ll join me in wishing Iumie and Spencer Becks continued success in 2025. Your support and encouragement will mean the world to her as she takes on this exciting and challenging role. It makes my heart glad to know that the company will move forward and go on with a new generation at the helm.
